Country volumes are IGU figures as quoted by The Peninsula / Hellenic Shipping News (2026 report) and Gulf Times (2025 report); the IGU report page itself could not be fetched; IGU's own press release (igu.org/press-releases/world-lng-report-2026) confirms the 437 Mt world total and US 110.7 Mt. Cross-checked: IGU growth figures (US +22.3 Mt, Qatar +4.3 Mt, per IIR summary) match the differences. Russia's 2024 value was not available in the same source and is omitted. US share is derived (110.7 / 437.0). EIA/GIIGNL, in Bcf/d, also rank the US first in 2025 (15.1 vs Qatar 10.6 Bcf/d).
