What we collect, in plain words

Reading progrss needs no account. We collect only what a feature needs to work, and we never sell personal data.

1. Reading plates, embeds, the API and the AI connector

• No account, no tracking cookies, no advertising or analytics scripts.
• Our host and Cloudflare keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and protect the site, under their usual log periods.
• The AI connector (https://progrss.com/mcp) and the API (https://progrss.com/api) answer each request and keep nothing about it beyond those logs. We don't receive or store your conversations with an AI assistant: only the search words or plate number the assistant sends us.

2. The newsletter

• We keep your email address, your timezone (so the email arrives at 7:00 your time), and the page you signed up from.
• Emails are sent through Brevo, which processes your address for us.
• Every email has an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe we keep your address marked "unsubscribed" so we never email you again; ask us and we delete it entirely.

3. Buying a licence

• Payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• We keep your email, what you bought and its status, so we can deliver your files and support your licence.
• Checkout sets one cookie, progrss_claim, for 7 days, so your files appear the moment payment clears.
• We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require.

4. Sharing

We share personal data only with the services named above (our host, Cloudflare, Brevo, Stripe), only to run those features, and never for advertising. We don't sell it.

5. Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it: write to [email protected]. We reply within 5 working days.
