Soybeans alone earned a quarter of Brazil's 2025 farm export revenue ($43.5 bn).

source notes & method
US: FAS yearbook world totals for 2019–2023 (2019 and 2022 values from the 2023 yearbook). US 2025 ($171.3 bn, down 2.8% on 2024) is USDA data as reported by The Brazilian Report (Apr 2026). US 2024 ($176.2 bn) is derived from that 2.8% fall. Brazil: MAPA annual totals as reported in Brazilian press (2019 96.8; 2020 100.8 via CNA; 2021 120.59; 2022 159; 2023 166.55; 2024 164.4; 2025 169.2). Definitions differ: MAPA's 'agronegócio' includes pulp, wood, leather and ethanol, while USDA's total excludes forest products, so the gap is not strictly like-for-like. Soybean figure ($43.5 bn, grain only) from MAPA via Gazeta do Povo; the 26% share is derived. Brazil has not yet overtaken the US on these official figures.
